Most of you have probably already heard that Asano has dropped a bomb by announcing her release of a side story volume No. 6 beyond coming out next week.
Will I be translating it? Yes! I just placed my order today:
However, honto says it will ship in December, so it may take a bit of time until I get it. When the book arrives, I will post an update concerning the translation schedule, etc. Meanwhile, September Scanlations has told me they will be releasing summaries, so check it out for your No. 6 fix.
Thanks for all the comments that have been flowing in since the last chapter. I feel a sense of relief that I don't have to leave this fandom behind quite yet. :)

tried to vote and it said it was submitten, i hope there aren't problem for being outside America... i really hope you'll manage to reach your dream, we've all seen how dedicated you are toward translating works (and also, it's funXD).
Regarding the side story, i'm so happy you will translate it... i was wondering who would actually do the job... [and i must admitt, since we're already used to your way to translate it, it would be maybe strange with other people working on it, even if they were keeping the manga traslation till now.... for exemple... according September Scanlation, Sasori became 'Sanri'...
I had just finished reading No. 6, and bawled my eyes out because one, the last scene between Nezumi and Shion, and two, I thought it was officially over. Now though, that I hear that there will be a side story, and that you will be translating it also well, I'm ecstatic! I'm so glad that you will be picking it up, because No. 6 is an amazing series, and you are an amazing translator. Like, I don't think you are different to any other professional translator there is out there. Hell, I think your translations are worthy of being printed as they are, after quick editing for any sort of typos or grammar error.

PS: IIRC, "Exeunt" is plural (for when a group of actors leaves the stage). A single actor "exits." Sorry for the nitpick there, but I thought you might want to know/be reminded.

I hope that sometime soon i'll be able to read the original books....probably not cuz i' ve only been learning japanese properly for 2 years....hah

Hi! I'm glad there's going to be more but at the same time, congratulations for making it! I hope you sat back well and looked at how much you did and how you completed all these volumes, because it's a beyond amazing feat and you deserve a few moments of just... observing it and realizing what you accomplished. c: I hope you feel as good as you deserve about this.
